A Magical Invitation to Santa’s Hide-A-Way Hollow

Abilities Unite is thrilled to collaborate with Santa and his North Pole council of Elves to extend a heartfelt invitation for you and your family to join us at Santa’s Hide-A-Way Hollow on Sunday, June 28, 2026. To ensure a special experience, Santa kindly requests that you limit your party to immediate family members (parents, children, and grandparents). This magical day is specially designed for children with disabilities aged 3 to 12, and older siblings are welcome to join. Please note that registration is required by May 15th.

Bring your family to explore Santa’s village, where you can visit his delightful elves and various shops:

• Tailor Shop: Discover where Santa’s iconic red suit is crafted.
• General Store: Choose from an assortment of candies and cold drinks.
• Barber Shop: Get a haircut or a refreshing "spit and shine."
• Santa's Workshop: Experience the magic of toy-making firsthand!

You can also enjoy activities like fishing at Reindeer Lake or pampering yourself at Jovi’s Nail Salon. Don’t forget to stop by the Ice Cream Parlor and the Bakery, where delicious fresh chocolate chip cookies await, along with fun games to play.

Santa’s elves will prepare a delightful cookout lunch for you, followed by a festive Christmas show at Santa’s Jamboree, where you can sing along and join in the fun. They are excited to create unforgettable Christmas memories with you!

Additionally, KOSAR’S Cabin serves as a Nursing Station with beds for any child needing a break; simply stop a golf cart, and they will assist you.

• Santa’s Hide-A-Way Hollow is a private event, not open to the public. Your invitation is for you and your immediate family only (parents, siblings, and grandparents). Please refrain from inviting others.
• Your invitation is non-transferable, so please keep it safe, as it is required for entry into the North Pole Village.
• Events at Santa’s Hide-A-Way Hollow proceed rain or shine; there are no rain dates.

Schedule of Events

Upon arrival, you will be guided to the parking area and then to the Welcome Center, where you will present your invitation. To fully enjoy the experience, we recommend allocating a minimum of a few hours, as the property is expansive.

• Children’s Petting Zoo: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• Santa’s Village: 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM
• Lunch: 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM (within the village near Reindeer Lake)
• Christmas Jamboree: 1:00 PM (within the village near the Lunch Pavilion)

How to Get Around

A wheelchair-accessible trolley will be circulating throughout the property during the event. If you need assistance, simply flag down a driver. Strollers and wagons are welcome, and we recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes. For those perfect holiday photos, don your Christmas Best!
