We are delighted to provide significantly discounted tickets for this experience to individuals with developmental disabilities, along with their families and direct support professionals. Visit the frozen forest, where whimsical winter characters come to life, creating an enchanting holiday experience. Journey inside the giant gingerbread mansion and get a glimpse at the everyday life of their gingerbread family. Please note - there is a limit of 8 tickets per family, and ticket orders must include an individual with a developmental disability.

Engage in a lively interactive snowball fight, where laughter echoes and fluffy snowballs fly with delightful abandon. Capture the joy and magic of the holiday season with a selection of free winter photo opportunities designed to create cherished family memories. Enjoy a musical light show synched to popular holiday carols. Write a letter to Santa and send it away in the Magical Mailbox. Stop by Spookytown, inspired by a certain beloved claymation Halloween/Christmas crossover film, and other creepy Christmas elements. Spookytown is located away from the main area and can be avoided.

Give your senses a whirl as you walk through their tantalizingly terrific illusions including the Tinsel Tunnel and the Merry Mirror Maze. The Kids Fun Zone is complete with spinning chairs and more. Take a walk to Santa's Workshop and go into the fun via the Elf Express, a kid-friendly slide fit for all the little elves. Slide not intended for adults. Visit Santa's Teddy Bear Workshop and help the elves build your favorite stuffed animal friends.

Indulge your taste buds and warm up with classic favorites or embark on a flavorful adventure with their array of tantalizing options at Frosty's Cafe. Sip, savor, and let the comforting embrace of their hot chocolate creations transport you to a winter wonderland. Please note, this is not included in your ticket. Refreshments and food are available for additional purchase.
